To register your BreadTalk Rewards physical card, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Download the BreadTalk Rewards mobile app on Apple App store or Google Play store
  2. Register for an account
  3. Select “My Account” on your Mobile App
  4. Click on “Link Existing Card”.
  5. Key in the 16 digit card number and 8 digit security code (hidden under the silver foil) found at the back of the physical card.

What is the validity of the Stored Value in my BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card?
The Stored Value in your BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card will expire in two (2) years from the date of your last Stored Value top up. To extend the validity of the physical card/e-card, you are recommended to perform a Stored Value top up regularly to extend the validity of your BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card.

Kindly note that Bun/Kopi/Seasonal e-Packages is not considered a top up and it will not help in extending the validity of your BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card.

For example:

You own a physical card/e-card expiring on 20 May 2020.

Scenario 1:

You made a purchase of an $18.60 Bun/Kopi e-Package with the physical card/e-card on 4 May 2020, the expiry of the physical card/e-card will remain as 20 May 2020.

Scenario 2:

You made a Stored Value top up of $30/$50/$100 to the physical card/e-card on 10 May 2020, the new expiry of the physical card/e-card will be 9 May 2022. On 19 Nov 2020, you made another Stored Value top up of $30/$50/$100 to the same physical card/e-card, the new expiry of the physical card/e-card will be 18 Nov 2022. On 22 Nov 2020, you made a purchase of an $18.60 Bun/Kopi e-Package with the same physical card/e-card, the expiry of the physical card/e-card will remain as 18 Nov 2022 (based on last Stored Value top up).

BreadTalk Bun e-Package and Toast Box Kopi e-Package has a validity period of four (4) months from the date of purchase. Seasonal e-Packages have a shorter validity, which will be governed by the terms and conditions of the promotions. Members are encouraged to check the validity of the e-Vouchers via the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App or BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal from time to time to ensure you get to redeem them before they expire.


The BreadTalk Rewards physical card should be treated like a cash card. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and you are encouraged to report the loss immediately. BreadTalk Rewards will not be liable for the Stored Value or e-Vouchers lost in the interim before the lost report is made. To report loss of card, kindly call our hotline at (+65) 6747 1211 for assistance from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH or write in to friends@breadtalk.com.

Alternatively, if you have registered and linked your BreadTalk Rewards physical card to your account, you may login to your Mobile App and select “Report Lost Card” under the “Profile Page”.

Upon successful notification of your lost card, your card will be suspended with immediate effect and our friendly service personnel will be in touch with you within the next 3 to 5 working days from the date of reporting.

BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card can be purchased at more than 100 BreadTalk and Toast Box stores* in Singapore or via the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App or BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal at www.breadtalkrewards.com.

Your BreadTalk Rewards membership account will not expire but your physical card/e-card will expire in 2 years from the date of purchase. Should there be no further Stored Value top up made to the physical card/e-card within the validity period, the physical card/e-card will expire.

  3. Select “My Account” on your Mobile App

  5. Key in the 16 digit card number and 8 digit security code (hidden under the silver foil) found at the back of the physical card.

By linking your physical card to your BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App/ Web Portal account, you will be able to perform the following actions with a breeze:

  1. Monitor your Stored Value/e-Vouchers balance and expiry in your physical card closely.
  2. Protect the Stored Value/e-Vouchers in your physical card in case it gets lost or stolen.
  3. Enjoy convenient payment modes for your purchases in store.
  4. Get notified on the latest promotions/deals.
  5. Get your e-Package purchase or Stored Value top-up instantly loaded into your card anytime, anywhere.

After you have linked your physical card to your account, your physical card will be duplicated into an e-card and stored in your Mobile App/Web Portal account. Both physical card and duplicated e-card will have the same e-Voucher/Stored Value balance and you can use either the physical card or e-card for payment in store.


You may choose to keep the physical card as it will come in handy in the event if you have forgotten your login details for your Mobile App/Web Portal account or if you have issues accessing your account.

Each member can only register for one BreadTalk Rewards membership account.

General Enquiry

If you have keyed in your date of birth incorrectly, please write in to friends@breadtalk.com, and include any form of documentation showing your Name and Date of Birth to request for an amendment.

To update your mobile number, please write in to friends@breadtalk.com to request for the amendment.

Unfortunately, the account is non-transferrable.

We would strongly discourage the sharing of any account with another party, as it will be difficult for you to keep track of your e-Voucher or Stored Value usage and purchase.

  6. Once both cards have been successfully linked, select “Merge Card” to combine the existing stored value/ e-Vouchers into 1 card.

  2. Create a new Account and Sign In
  3. Select “Manage Cards”
  4. Click on “Link Existing Card”
  5. Key in the 16 digit card number and 8 digit security code (hidden under the silver foil) found at the back of the physical card.
  6. Once both cards have been successfully linked, select “Merge Card” to combine the existing stored value/ e-Vouchers into 1 card.

Kindly note that you are required to perform this merging action multiple times if you have more than 2 physical cards

Only the physical card that you have selected to merge will be usable and it will combine all Stored Value/e-Vouchers present in the cards merged. The other physical card(s) which have been merged into your selected card will no longer be usable.  

We do understand you may misplace your physical cards at times and proceed to make multiple physical card purchases in store in times of need. This feature will allow users the flexibility of managing the different Stored Value in the different cards/e-cards.

Kindly note that once the physical card is linked to your BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App account, all active e-Vouchers shown in your account will be accessible across all your physical cards/e-cards. Please ensure you do not lose your physical card once you have linked to your Mobile App account as the party who picked up your lost card will be able to redeem all your e-Vouchers in your account or the Stored Value in the lost card.

You can make the purchase in 4 simple steps:

  1. An e-invoice will be generated and send across to you within 5 working days.
  2. Upon receiving the e-invoice, you may make the payment via bank transfer or credit card.
  3. Once the payment is completed, the physical cards/e-cards will be dispatched to you within 10 working days.
  1. For physical cards, you can opt to collect them at BreadTalk iHQ or request for courier service. Complimentary courier service will be provided for purchase orders valued above $1,000, otherwise a $30 courier fee will be charged.
  2. For e-cards, you can opt to receive them in the form of pdf or excel format.

Stored Value


The Stored Value in your BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card will expire in two (2) years from the date of your last Stored Value top up. To extend the validity of the physical card/e-card, you are recommended to perform a Stored Value top up regularly to extend the validity of your BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card.

Kindly note that Bun/Kopi/Seasonal e-Packages is not considered a top up and it will not help in extending the validity of your BreadTalk Rewards physical card/e-card.

BreadTalk Rewards is not obliged to provide any extension to the expired e-Vouchers and will not be liable to refund any expired e-Vouchers not redeemed due to personal reasons. As our system currently do not provide reminder notifications for any expiring e-Vouchers, users are encouraged to login to their account regularly to monitor the validity of the e-Vouchers via the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App or BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal from time to time to ensure you get to redeem them before they expire.

Transaction/Report of Fraud

You can view your Transaction History by registering for an account on the BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal www.breadtalkrewards.com or by downloading the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App.

You may click on “Transaction History” on the BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal or Mobile App, to view your transaction history. Kindly note that you can only view transactions of the last 12 months. To request for transactions above the 12 months period, you may write in to friends@breadtalk.com for assistance.

To file a dispute on a transaction, you may write in to friends@breadtalk.com or contact us at (+65) 6747 1211 for assistance from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH with the following information:

  • Date of transaction
  • Outlet visited
  • 16 digit BreadTalk Rewards card number
  • Dispute Amount
  • Transaction/Receipt Number (if any)

You are required to file the dispute within 30 days from the date of transaction. For transactions that had passed the 30 days grace period, the available assistance we could render may be limited.

Mobile App Error/Card Issues

Your physical card/e-card is suspended because you might have clicked on “Report Lost Card” on the BreadTalk Rewards Web Portal/ Mobile App. If you have clicked on the button by accident, please write in to friends@breadtalk.com or contact us at (+65) 6747 1211 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm excluding PH and eves of PH to request for re-activation.

An expired physical card/e-card is not renewable. If you wish to continue using the balance e-Vouchers in the expired physical card/e-card, please follow the steps below:

  1. Purchase a new physical card/e-card from participating BreadTalk/ Toast Box stores* or via the BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App.
  2. Write in to friends@breadtalk.com and provide the following details
  1. 16 digit Card number of your new physical card and expired card OR
  2. Registered mobile number with BreadTalk Rewards and 16 digit card number of your new physical card/e-card
  1. Our friendly service personnel will assist you with the transfer of the balance Stored Value/e-Vouchers if they have not expired.

E-Gift

You are encouraged to make the purchase via the e-Gift feature on your BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App and key in the recipient’s mobile number or email address with your selected gift option to send an e-card. Complete the payment and the recipient will be notified via the contact details provided.

For physical card purchase, you may proceed to the participating Toast Box or BreadTalk stores*.

Yes, you can. To perform the merging of your existing physical cards/e-cards, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure all your physical cards are linked to your Mobile App account
  2. Go to your “Profile Page” on your BreadTalk Rewards Mobile App account
  3. Click on “Merge Cards”
  4. Select the 2 e-cards you wish to merge from and merge to*
  5. Click confirm and you are done!
